Staff Spotlight on Angie Zoellner, Customer Champion

Angie has been part of the IL family since summer of 2016. She’s a regular attendee and IL representative at reselling conferences all over the country (you can check out her blogpost about CES 2018 here). She also helps create and edit articles and video tutorials for our User Guide and helps manage our YouTube channel.

I am so excited to be part the InventoryLab team! I love helping others and have always worked in customer service and administrative support roles. Other things I enjoy include quality time with my husband, gaming, sushi, pilates, and exploring our new hometown in Missouri!

5 Questions For Angie

1.) What exactly do you do at InventoryLab?

I’m a Customer Champion. I work closely with the rest of our support team to answer questions, solve problems, and hopefully make our customers smile along the way.

2.) What was your first job?

I was a Bookseller at the Waldenbooks in our local mall.  During my years there, I got to experience the last Harry Potter book release and see the Twilight series gain popularity.  It was an interesting time to work in a bookstore, to say the least!

3.)  What’s the most recent show you’ve binge watched?

I rewatched all past seasons of Game of Thrones and Attack on Titan in preparation for their new seasons in April. I have been off my binge game ever since, and yes, I’m still salty about the Game of Thrones finale!

4.)  How do you unwind and relax after a long day?

This may be a bit strange, but I like to work out!  Since I started working from home full-time, exercise has become so important, not only for physical health but also for my mental health.  Some good music and a little cardio before work helps me prep for the day as well.

I also love video games!  Some of my favorite franchises (in no particular order) include Borderlands, Gears of War, Destiny, and Resident Evil.

5.) If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go first?

Japan, for sure.  I want to see Tokyo, Kyoto, Okinawa..…all of it!
