As we rapidly approach the end of the year, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you to all of our subscribers, employees, and business partners. We are so grateful for all the support we continually receive from everyone. Because of all of you, InventoryLab continues to be the standard for Amazon sellers year after year.

The holidays are a time for family and friends, for gatherings and celebrations. But this year, many families will be celebrating apart. People from every corner of the world are still facing unprecedented challenges because of the pandemic. The 2020 holiday season looks very different than last year. But with any luck, the 2021 holiday season will be closer to most people’s idea of “normal”!

In the meantime, however, there are plenty of ways to celebrate the holidays while keeping yourself and your loved ones safe.

Christmas Light Displays

You can find these in just about every corner of America. Bring along some snacks and travel mugs full of your favorite hot beverage, play some holiday music, and you’ve got yourself a magical (and usually free) holiday tradition! If you can’t find an organized light display, just drive around your area and take a look at how people’s houses are decorated.

Virtual Gathering With Friends and Family

Zoom, FaceTime, and Google Meets have become the new normal this year. The holidays shouldn’t be any different! Arrange to say hello to your friends and family at Christmastime or New Year’s. You can open gifts on camera, play a virtual game together, or raise a virtual toast!

Watch Holiday Movies

No matter what your taste in holiday movies, there are an endless number of choices. Holiday movies span everything from romance to family dysfunction to kid-friendly, heartwarming stories. From It’s a Wonderful Life to Love Actually to Christmas Vacation to the classic Rankin/Bass holiday specials, there really is something for everyone!

Bake Christmas Cookies (or Any Kind of Treat)

Who doesn’t want some kind of baked dessert during the holiday season?? Whether you’re a seasoned baker or the kind of person who considers throwing pre-cut cookie dough into the oven “baking”, there’s no wrong way to enjoy holiday treats!

Make Crafty Ornaments

Even if your Christmas tree is already overloaded with ornaments, you can still make more (or give them away as gifts)! It’s a great way to exercise your creative muscles and provide a distraction for the kids that doesn’t involve electronics.

Read Christmas Books Together

From Dickens’ classic A Christmas Carol to The Polar Express, just like holiday movies, there are an endless number of holiday stories waiting to be read either on your own or as a family.

No matter how you choose to celebrate, all of us at InventoryLab wish you a happy, healthy holiday season from our family to yours!!
